Launched in the aftermath of October 7th, Beacon's mission is to bring together Jewish people the workplace and create a feeling of strength, solidarity, and community.

By operating as a "network of networks," Beacon aims to ensure no Jewish professional feels isolated or alone in their workplace. Through a range of social, educational, cultural, leadership, and philanthropic initiatives, Beacon galvanizes disparate Jewish professionals and empowers them to enhance their Jewish identity and grow their professional careers.

Whatever your profession, Beacon provides a welcoming home for all Jewish people and networks to connect, support one another, and celebrate our shared identity. With a growing membership of over 1,200 individuals and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, Beacon is quickly becoming the preeminent organization for Jewish professionals in the UK.
